Assessments
Assessments are conducted by Psychologists, Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists to determine areas of concern and emerging strength.
Group Services
Bright FACES runs a number of groups to enhance skills necessary for everyday life such as social skills, fine and gross motor skills, communication and positive parenting.
Counselling
Professional advice and support provided by Psychologists, Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists, using a solution-focused approach.
Strategies and Recommendations
Education and regular communication is provided by the multidisciplinary team at Bright FACES to recommend strategies for each individual child.
Whole School Approach to Educational Planning
Skills necessary to partake in the school environment are incorporated into each session. These include fine and gross motor skills, communication, play, self-care and ability to complete tasks independently.
Transition/Integration Support
Support is provided to ease transition into kindergarten, school or any other life event. Assistance is provided to ensure adequate support is provided to the child in a range of environments
Parent Seminars and Workshops
Workshops are facilitated by practitioners to expand knowledge and train parents, professionals and the community regarding childhood development.
Tailored Programmes and Intervention
