Referral Process

Bright FACES is a private practice, which operates on a fee-for-service basis. Accounts are payable via online payment, direct transfer or from your NDIS plan manager within 7 days of the session taking place. For those that are claiming on Medicare or through their Health Insurance, you will be provided with a receipt once full payment has been received, this can then be used to receive your rebate. We also see self funded clients.

For any ASD/ADOS assessments, our team require a referral from you child’s paediatrician prior to services commencing with Bright FACES.

National Disability Insurance Scheme

As an insurance scheme, the NDIS takes a lifetime approach, investing in people with disability early to improve their outcomes later in life.

The NDIS gives all Australians peace of mind that if their child or loved one is born with or acquires a permanent and significant disability they will get the support they need.
